Some companies are just really good about labeling for allergens, including soybean oil and soy lecithin. Kraft is one of those companies. Kraft also has lots and lots of brand names so that makes a long list of products that you can pretty much trust what the label says (Always contact the manufacturer if you EVER have any questions).
